01Who we are

This website is run by «Motion Design – Kamil Karimov» — a sole proprietor registered with a tax ID (VÖEN) in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Areas of activity: exhibition stand design, web design and development, motion graphics, 3D visualization and graphic design.

The person responsible for processing your personal data is Kamil Karimov. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On Personal Data».

02Data collected

When you provide it via the — order form :

• first and last name;
• phone number and email address;
• information you write about your order and project;
• files you attach (logo, sketch, floor plan, brand materials, etc.).

Automatically — when you visit the site:

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system;
• pages viewed, visit time and referral source (only if you consent to analytics cookies);
• your cookie choices.

When you write via WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram or KWORK, the information you share on that platform is also used to respond to your order.

03Purposes of use

• to respond to your inquiry and prepare a price and timeline proposal;
• to prepare and deliver the ordered design work (stand, website, motion, etc.);
• to contact you about the project;
• to ensure the site’s operation, speed and security, and prevent spam and abuse;
• with your consent — to analyze site visit statistics and improve services;
• to fulfil legal obligations such as tax and accounting.

04Legal bases

• Your consent — when you submit the order form and allow analytics cookies;
• Contract — to provide the service you ordered;
• Legal obligation — to keep records required by law;
• Legitimate interest — for the security and proper operation of the site.

You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

05Cookies

06Third-party services

The following services are used to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Site Kit, Google Fonts) — statistics and fonts;
• YouTube — videos in the portfolio; videos use «youtube-nocookie» mode and don’t load until you click;
• Akismet (Automattic) — spam protection;
• Email delivery service (SMTP) — delivery of form notifications;
• Hosting provider — storage of the site and files attached to the form;
• Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, KWORK — links only; when you go to these platforms, their rules apply.

Some of these services may process data on servers located outside Azerbaijan.

07Data transfers

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. Data may be transferred only in the following cases:

• to the technical service providers listed above — only to the extent necessary to provide the service;
• with your consent — for example, giving project files to a manufacturer or craftsman we recommend for building or installing a stand;
• in cases provided by law — upon a lawful request of competent state authorities.

Note: Motion Design only provides design services; construction and installation are carried out by independent manufacturers, and their own rules apply to their data processing.

08Portfolio and project files

The files and brand materials you send are used only for your project.

Completed work may be shown in the portfolio. Confidential or not-yet-public projects, as well as work the client doesn’t want shown, are not published. At your request, your work is removed from the portfolio.

09Retention period

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for: order correspondence and project files during the collaboration and for the time needed for later revisions, and accounting documents for the period required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

10Security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the admin panel is restricted, and security plugins and additional protection measures are applied. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we recommend not sending very sensitive information (e.g., bank card details) through the form.

11Your rights

In accordance with the law, you have the following rights:

• to find out what data is stored about you;
• to request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
• to request deletion of your data or restriction of processing;
• to withdraw your consent and object to processing;
• to apply to the competent state authority or court if you believe your rights have been violated.

Your request will be answered as soon as possible.
